How the model works
The starting bands are calibrated against published Welsh tourism occupancy reports and broad North Wales short-let market summaries. The calculator then adjusts the range using the answers you provide.
Calibration reviewed August 2026 using the Welsh Government winter barometer, its spring occupancy report, and current public North Wales market summaries. Price bands are transparent planning assumptions, not live quoted rates.
